We don't have a minimum purchase at the moment.

Order Change or Cancellation

At this time, we are not able to cancel or adjust an order after it has been made. We recommend reviewing your order thoroughly prior to completing your transaction. Thank you for your understanding.Β 
Any authorized order cancellations are subject to 20% processing fees and will be deducted from the total order amount.

Return & Claims

At this time, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All products are FINAL SALE. Thank you for your continued support!

Record your Order

Lonely Panda Shop requires all customers to record their order the day the package is delivered. Please record at an angle from where we can see the items coming out of the box. This step is essential to confirm all products arrived in good condition or if there are missing products. If you do not submit a recording of opening your order, you will not be eligible for store credit or refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you have any questions, please email us at claims@lonelypandashop.com.

How does processing & shipping work?

Processing time on our website is typically 3 to 5 business days depending on the volume of orders we are receiving. The processing time is the time it takes for our online department to properly fulfill and package your order. Shipping time is the time from which the carrier (ex: UPS, USPS) picks up the order and is delivered. Overnight shipping does not equal overnight processing time. Please take into account that orders placed after 12:00 noon PST will start to be processed the next business day.Β 

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock, unfortunately we will not be able to include it in your current order. We recommend that you keep an eye on product availability in the future. However, the total amount of the product will be compensated in Credits to be used in the store.

How can I contact you if I have more questions?

If you have any further questions or concerns, you can contact us in our Facebook account. Please provide your full name and order number if applicable. We will be happy to help you with whatever you need.

Damaged or Defective Product

Damaged:Β We take great care in packing your products. We package all orders using bubble wrap or packaging peanuts. If your items arrive damaged or broken, please make a claim directly with UPS/USPS.Β Β 

Defective:Β If your items arrive defective, please email us within 10 business days from delivery date at claims@lonelypandashop.com with the following information:Β Please take TWO pictures of the defective products and send them to claims@lonelypandashop.com along with a video recording of opening your package. One picture must be a detailed picture of the defective part along with the style number. The other picture must be a whole shot of the item. Any claim after 10 business of receiving date will not be considered.Β Β

Where is my order?

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery!Β 
Please Note: If you do not add Route to check out, you will have to proceed with filing a claim directly with the mail carrier if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
